Delivery area

Currently we ship to the US, Europe and Australia.
We deliver to almost all locations within India. For logistical reasons, we may be  unable to deliver to a few places.

Delivery methods

National and International delivery service is offered through India Post ,besides courier. Orders are sent by registered post unless otherwise advised.

If desired, orders are sent with a best suited courier service for your location. With this service, your parcel is delivered within 3 – 12 working days of being dispatched.

* All orders are shipped within 5-7 days once payment is confirmed.
* Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

*Shipping charges are based on total weight and will also include handling charges.

Delivery Timelines

In India, it can take 3 to 15 days to deliver your order from the date a purchase is made on our site and the payment is confirmed.
An international order can take 3 to 21 days to deliver your order from the date a purchase is made on our site and the payment is confirmed.

Please note that the order will be dispatched only after the payment has been received in our account.

Delivery problems

Despite our best efforts and those of our logistic partner, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered.

What should I do if I cannot track my order online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically with our courier services tracking page URL for your convenience.
If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order.
If ,for some reason, the parcel is sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel .We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for 3 days from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this time frame we will need to cancel your order.
Please note the shipment cost for re-sending the parcel will be borne by the customer .
All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end.
We aim to deliver all orders within 8 days of receipt of the order, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.

All shipping methods require a complete physical address.

We do not ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses.


a. International Customers

* All international orders are processed via PayPal (which also accepts major credit cards even if you don’t have an account).
* Once the payment process begins you will be redirected to the PayPal site.

b. Indian Customers

* We accept payment by Demand Draft, Direct Bank Transfer and EFT.

* Drafts should be drawn in the name of: Artyzenworld and should be payable on par in Faridabad.

* For those customers wishing to pay by electronic transfer, kindly contact us for bank details.

* We do not typically offer refunds but we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase so please let us know (within 3 days of receiving your package) if there is a problem or if your purchase does not meet you expectations. We will do our best to make you a happy customer.
